Function used for the mass dependence of the SFE. Options currently include ''lognormal'' and ''dpl''.

Default: lognormal

sfe_zfun

Function used for the redshift dependence of the SFE. Options currently include ''constant''.

Default: constant

Parameters required by sfe_Mfun.
